What does it do?

‘TabIt – NewTab’ extends Google Chrome’s functionality in terms of substitution of the New Tab pages with more helpful ones.

Users get their bookmarks with thumbnails + ‘Recently Closed’ section in every new-opened tab.

Why do we need it?

Because the default solution with it’s ‘Most Visited’ links is not customisable, and neither of other extensions exploits user’s bookmarks for those links.

‘TabIt – BookMarks’ provides you with customisable display of your own bookmarks.

Who is it for?

Any Google Chrome user will be surprised by the simpleness and usability behind the idea of ‘TabIt – NewTab’.

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

It provides access to the bookmarks of the user. Bookmarks are easy to transfer, they sync across devices and don’t need third party involvement for storing.

Thumbnails for bookmarks are screenshots of respective web-sites.

What’s next?

Preparation of web-sites’ screenshots for thumbnails takes a server-side service. At this point we only accept donations, because a free public service is used.

Next is a development of our own reliable paid service.
