What does it do?

SquadMail works like “Dropbox for email” and lets you share synchronized email folders (or gmail labels) with your team. Never CC your entire team on an email again, save time and be more productive!

Why do we need it?

For most of us, the email inbox is where we do our work and collaborate with our colleagues. Yet there’s no collaboration tool that fully integrates with the email clients and workflows we already have.

Who is it for?

Teams of 2-20 people and small- to mid-sized businesses from the service industry.

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

There’s no other service on the market that offers a comparable feature set. SquadMail’s incredibly easy to set up and fully integrates into whichever email client you’re already using.

What’s next?

After having already integrated Dropbox and making it possible to synchronize an email folder with a specific folder on your Dropbox, we’ll work on integrating Google Docs.
