hoffr is the private property market in your pocket. hoffr enables sellers or landlords to list their property on an attractive app for no cost. They set viewing dates and interact with buyers who pay a small fee (£10) to make an offer
Why do we need it?
To eliminate cost in the marketing and sale of property. This tool gives buyers and sellers the power to transact from their phone. Estate agents add little value and the principal services they provide can be eliminated using tech.
Who is it for?
Individuals who want to save money on property transactions.
What makes it stand out from the crowd?
We are mobile only and the app is designed with dating app features tailored to the property market, also it’s virtually cost free.

We have built this app in our spare time, the next phase is to market and get downloads and listings
