What does it do?

Predictive CRM that reduces customer churn, allocating a health score to a customer and monitoring changes to trigger automated tasks for the sales team to act on. It includes Deal Pipeline Management, Tasks,Target and Commission setting.

Why do we need it?

It reduces the pain of customer churn and managing a sales team for SME\’s. It is a full sales process that delivers sales results.

Who is it for?

Sales Managers and Owners of SME’s with 2 or more sales people who want to improve the performance of the sales team and reduce customer churn which saves acquisition costs of replacements.

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

Unlike other CRM, once the data is entered into the system it does not die. It is continuously monitored to alert the sales team of potential customer issues through changes in the customer health score, allowing action to taken.

What’s next?

We will be adding additional monitoring points for SaaS and ecommerce companies which will increase the sensitivity of the customer health score. We will also add a email marketing capability to the service. API integration will be built.
