A new kind of parental control app for macOS. Block the whole internet except for the sites and apps you choose, keeping your kids only and exactly where you want them to be online. Plus transparent monitoring and remote control via an admin
WHY DO WE NEED IT?
With over 250,000 new websites created every 24 hours, and 37% of the internet being porn, there’s no way anyone can ever hope to keep a block-list up to date. Parents need a way to block the internet except for a hand-selected safelist.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Parents who desire to be careful and intentional about their kids’ internet usage.
WHAT MAKES IT STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD?
After an initial connection, parents can administrate Gertrude entirely from their phone or computer. They receive notifications when their kids need a site or app unblocked, and can opt in to screenshot and keylogging monitoring.
