What does it do?

elevio allows site owners to show an entire FAQ system / knowledge base in a tab on every page of their site, as well as display inline popups to provide their users with the help they need right where and when they needed it most.

Why do we need it?

Using elevio removes the need for site users to leave the page they are on to seek help from an FAQ or support system. Keeping the user on the site increases the chance they will complete the intended action.

elevio is the only company that allows site owners to display an entire FAQ in a tab, we allow site owners to sync their articles with an existing knowledge base if they use one like Zendesk / Desk.com / Uservoice

What’s next?

We’ve got a lot of things in the pipeline right now, but since we are new we’ll be keeping tight lipped about them. One teaser is that there’ll be more real time knowledge about what is working and what is not on your website.
