What does it do?

Dibs is a marketing platform that helps SMBs build customer lists, run daily deal-type promotions, and keep all the cash – there is no revenue share. Merchants are in complete control of the terms, schedule & proceeds of their promotions.

Why do we need it?

One of our customers owns a bowling alley. When business gets slow, he runs a daily deal. In fact, Groupon has taken over $50,000 out of his business. It turns out, daily deal companies share revenue, but not subscribers.

Who is it for?

Any business, regardless of location, is a potential customer. With over eight million business establishments and another million chain or franchise locations, Dibs is a $20 billion market opportunity.

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

Dibs helps merchants so they never have to run another daily deal. For a fraction of the cost of a single daily deal, Dibs helps merchants build their customer list, run promotions and keep all the cash.

What’s next?

We have recently completed the Groundwork Labs technology accelerator in Durham, NC. We have launched out of beta and have early revenue. We are expecting to close our seed round in the next 30 days.
