What does it do?
CloudBoost.io a database service for the “next web” – that not only does data-storage, but also search, real-time and a whole lot more, which enables developers to build much richer apps with 50% less time.
Why do we need it?
Today, databases have a limited amount of features and app developers have to integrate many databases like MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch to build one app. We stitch these databases together into one API which developers can use.
Who is it for?
App Developers. Anyone who would like to build an app on the web / mobile / IoT can use CloudBoost as a database service. We have a very simple API and SDK’s to use.
What makes it stand out from the crowd?
Every vendor today tries to build the database from scratch, re-invent the wheel and miss out on essential features. We use open source database under the hoods and stitch them together. So, as a developer you get all the features you want.
What’s next?
We have launched CloudBoost as a shared database service on https://www.cloudboost.io and have launched dedicated enterprise editions on Microsoft Azure. We’re planning to launch CloudBoost on Google, Rackspace, AWS and more.
