Twitter – Taxi is no more a luxury
What does it do?
NoTaxi connects drivers and passengers without charging any fees from the drivers. It’s the Uber Free alternative. In NoTaxi there are no intermediaries, no third parties and, as a result – no fees.
Why do we need it?
To encourage a better community life and help taxi drivers earn more. As a result, taxi prices may be lowered and people will be able to get cheaper rides. Another reason is mutual help: today you give me a ride, tomorrow I give you a ride.
Who is it for?
Anyone with a car and a driving license (drivers). Anyone who uses the same route every day (to work, for example) and needs a ride. Both drivers and passengers get their value.
What makes it stand out from the crowd?
There are no fees for the drivers. NoTaxi is a place where drivers and passengers meet (like Uber) but drivers are NOT charged anything. It is a non-profit organization, we want to encourage taxi drivers to become NoTaxi drivers.
What’s next?
Today (Dec.. 10th) the app was launched in Stockholm, Sweden. Within the next few months we plan to expand to other major cities: Barcelona, London and do on. Our goal is to become a global network where drivers can make real profit.
