PropRates has been created with the objective of creating transparency in the real estate market & helping users take more informed property decisions by giving them a valid & authentic pricing benchmark based on historical transactions
Why do we need it?
Real Estate buying selling & renting is a huge decision & involves huge amounts of money. Due to lack of a pricing benchmark in real estate it is easy to get conned or end up paying a higher price for an asset. Hence the need for Proprates
Who is it for?
Any user who is interested in buying selling or renting a property. Due to lack of a pricing benchmark in Real Estate properties are priced frivolously and this in procrastinated user decisions & long transaction cycles
What makes it stand out from the crowd?
Real Estate despite being a basic necessity does not have a single intelligence tool dedicated for the end users. Proprates is the first tool of its kind focussed on the end user giving them the power to take data driven decisions in mins!

When and how are you opening up your beta to new users?
1st version of the beta site is live on www.getpropertyrates.com. It has been online since Dec 2015. In 3-4 months it has garnered 60-70K page views.
The 2nd version of our beta site is in private beta & can be found on www.proprates.com
When do you plan on launching?
The 2nd version of our site is in private beta & can be found on www.proprates.com. It will be launched to the end users by the first week of June 2016.
