Why do we need it?

Facebook-M, AMEX Concierge, the new Airbnb feature Host Assistant, are all about the same service – this explains half of it. If not, time saving is so important for everyone nowadays, it is for sure to become the next big thing.

Business travellers, frequent travellers, leisure travellers, anyone who travels (including everyday travel) in general.

What makes it stand out from the crowd?
