What does it do?

5F is a fitness / social networking app to discover and meet active people nearby. There are over 100 different activity levels and 4 different ability levels you can choose to get the perfect matches.

Why do we need it?

Never do sports alone anymore. Find the perfect tennis buddy, running buddy or AnyBuddy 🙂 Our mission is to get people more active and create healthier communities. I got inspired to build this app with my background as air ambulance pilot

Who is it for?

Anybody 18 or older. Active people will be drawn to this app and the major user group but we would like to encourage anybody to use it. That’s why we have created 4 ability levels: Expert, Intermediate, Beginner AND Never done, want to try

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

Easiest way to find active people nearby. There are over 100 different activities to choose from and we will add more when requested.
