What does it do?
Yobi is a simple and easy to navigate unified communications platform that allows businesses to contact their clients through SMS, calls and social media messaging all in one platform no matter who contacted the customer.
Why do we need it?
Many businesses currently use multiple systems or try to build their own systems to try to accomplish what Yobi has created. Instead of taking time to create one and spend money on keeping it updated, Yobi is cheaper and easier to use.
Who is it for?
Our main consumer base is marketing, sales optimization, customer support, recruiting and Dr.’s offices. However, as we get more feedback from our clients, we will branch out to a larger clientel.
What makes it stand out from the crowd?
We provide a way for businesses to SMS, call and message over social media without the hassle of setting up hardware. Everything is done on the devices you already have, computer, phone and ipad. This makes us cheaper and easier to use.
We plan on implementing AI software into our product in the near future for businesses to use for training purposes so that Yobi can be used to contact clients but also make their contact smoother and happier.
