Company / App Name: WikiBrains

Twitter – https://twitter.com/WikiBrains

What does it do?

If mindmaps & brainstorms had a baby, it would be WikiBrains: the crowdsourced search engine for connections.
With a very simple-to-use and utilitarian design, WikiBrains is your window into the world brain. Search, connect and visualize!

Why do we need it?

When doing research or writing a post, we find ourselves out of ideas. So we google info. and open dozens of tabs. WikiBrains aims to change this by providing a network of interconnected maps. Allowing you to get the big picture faster.

Who is it for?

Bloggers and writers seeking to share their knowledge, get a quick feel for the sentiment around different topics, and create visual maps that can be shared.

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

Mindmapping tools available tend to be clunky, overloaded and pricey. And brainstorming exercises remain constrained to the 4 walls of your organization.
WikiBrains takes the best from both of these to bring a crowd-sourced solution.

What’s next?

We will be proving contextual information on each of the topics.
Social profiles/map saving will be improved as well.
