App Portal is a white-labeled invoice management/payment app that integrates with financial software (currently QuickBooks Online) to automate the billing process.
Why do we need it?
Business owners need it because it saves them time and money, especially when they have recurring invoices.
The customers of the business owners need it so they have one place to manage their invoices and pay through a secure location.
Who is it for?
App Portal is for small-medium businesses with recurring invoices. Some of our customers are: cleaning services, landscaping/lawn care, transportation, security, daycare/early education, tutoring, private school, buy here pay here, etc.
What makes it stand out from the crowd?
It is the ONLY app on the market that:
1) is white-labeled, meaning the app is branded by the business owner
2) the software runs automatically once you generate an invoice out of your financial software, no other steps needed

We plan to build out the apps features even further, strengthening the relationship between the business owner and their customers. We will also expand financial software integrations.
