What does it do?

Routine is a todo and notes taking app for busy professionals.

Through a single keyboard shortcut, Routine allows users to take notes, schedule meetings and capture things to do from other apps: Slack, WhatsApp, Gmail, Notion etc.

Why do we need it?

The number of communication channels continue to rise while remote work increase communication through such channels.

As a result, tasks live in different tools. There is no central place to plan your time, delegate tasks etc.

Who is it for?

Busy professionals have hectic lives with many things going through their mind, meetings to schedule and attend, hundreds of emails and chats to answer to yet a need to find time to concentrate from time to time.

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

On top of combining a task management with note taking, Routine takes into account your preferences (focus time, administrative work, team meetings etc.) so as to organize your time the way you want it!w
