What does it do?

We are the first Company that will bring an “OpenTable” approach to the rental market in the UK with a professionally developed property managing software (for landlords) integrated with a reservation/instant booking platform for (tenants)

Why do we need it?

There are at present no other companies that can fulfil the needs of every party involved in the rental market. Some are too tenant-oriented, some other too landlord-focused. We aim to be in the middle, and provide help for everyone.

Who is it for?

Everyone! Provided they are looking for a place to rent or they have a place to let. Our platform has benefits for each and every subject thanks to our in-depth knowledge of all the needs involved.

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

No other proposals are aimed at both tenants and landlords/agents. All products out there look to simplify either one or the other, whereas we do both. We are cheaper than the competition and our products are designed around the user.

What’s next?

We are about to upscale our proposition to the whole UK and possibly to all Europe. To do this we would need to improve our website and software, design an app and devise new marketing strategies. We are seeking investments to do just that.
