What does it do?
This app combines the 3 areas important to holding someone accountable with their fitness journey. Very easy to record and track your workouts, assessments and nutrition.
Why do we need it?
It combines 3 important areas for users to be held accountable when trying to get into a fitness routine or knowing how many calories they need based on their body type and activity level.
Who is it for?
Anyone who is currently working out or someone new that doesn’t know how to get started. Each section can also be used independently, so it doesn’t have to be someone who works out.
What makes it stand out from the crowd?
I think the combination of tracking and recording the 3 different areas, fitness, workouts and nutrition. All the calculations for the assessments and estimated daily calorie intake is very unique in a fitness app.
To keep making updates on the fitness (workouts, pictures) and more function-ability on the nutrition side. Would also like it to be integrated with some other tracking apps like fitbit, etc.
