What does it do?

It allows you to download articles offline according to your RSS feeds. It will also allow you to cache the full webpage content so it can be viewed without an internet connection. Search options are provided so you can search for articles

Why do we need it?

Many RSS readers exist on the Android market but my personal goal was to create an application that can help people come to a solution when it comes to accessing information where connections can be spotty or nonexistent.

Who is it for?

Basically put, this application is for people who like to stay in touch with the news of the world despite having a spotty data connection on their mobile devices.

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

When it comes to speed, I built the application from scratch using the Realm database, one of the fastest embedded databases out there. I’ve used some RSS readers and I was somewhat disappointed about the lack of search options.

What’s next?

More languages will be added as needed, options to only allow downloading of information using a WIFI connection, enhanced article content generation, notifications for when new articles have been found and much more.
