What does it do?

nspHire is a new job matching app that’s like Tinder for jobs. It uses the LinkedIn API for quick profile import. Left and right swipes allow users to quickly accept or reject potential matches.

Why do we need it?

nspHire solves one of the main complaints about current mobile job search platforms – that is, they’re just too cumbersome to use.

Who is it for?

The app is for everyone. Really. It can be used in the US and nearly all countries. The app is designed to make connections on all types of jobs – full time, part time, internship, freelance, and personal assistant.

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

Privacy settings provide option for completely confidential job/candidate discovery and two types of push notifications allow for passive “searching”.

What’s next?

Android is already out. iOS drops around November 1st. We have big ideas for version 2, but they’re a secret.
