What does it do?
NeckTec electronic necklace is the next generation of computers – it will replace notebooks, notepads and smartphones to combine all functions distributed today among different devices and still leave user’s hands free thanks to AVRglasses.
Why do we need it?
To make communication, navigation and info search easier – see all notifications on the near-eye displays and use the built-in microphone array and earphones. This facilitates the use of device on-the-go, during sports or while driving.
Who is it for?
Due to its universal application as communicator, data storage, wireless interactor with external devices (screens, projectors, turnstiles, smart home, access and control systems, other computers and smartphones,..) it is truly ubiquitous.
What makes it stand out from the crowd?
It the only device that addresses the form and ergonomics of future wearable devices that could be anything from communicator or portable 3D-cinema/gaming station to tourist navigator, high-end music player or full-ECG medical sensor.
What’s next?
As long as NeckTec wearable computer will include voice and video communication, near-eye screens and voice-recognition information input, the “next” may come only when humanity would invent how to implement chips straight in the brain.
