What does it do?
MeetingKing is a new web-based meeting workflow and documentation tool to help keep meetings short and effective. MeetingKing turns short notes into up-to-date actionable information – agenda, meeting minutes, task list, archive.
Why do we need it?
Many meetings are unproductive. Main cause is poor preparation and no follow-up, because current methods of using different tools (e.g. Asana, Evernote,Dropbox) to combine meeting information is not practical. MeetingKing offers all in one.
Who is it for?
Everyone who has meetings. Face-to-face or remote. Board meetings, management meetings, (sports)clubs, Rotary, Lions, Town meetings, School meetings, client meetings, etc.
What makes it stand out from the crowd?
There are great note taking apps, team task management tools and and project management tools, but none of these work to combine notes and tasks. In addition MeetingKing is the only tool useful for before, during and after the meeting.
