Kaffae is a Chrome extension that automatically tracks your online reading, whether it’d be Medium blogs, New York Times, or Wikipedia page.
Why do we need it?
You can be more mindful of how you consume contents every day. You can tell if you’ve spent most of your time reading about political news, startups articles, sports report, etc.
Who is it for?
The audience is broad. But they need to be reading often to find the extension useful (about 40 articles a week). They can be students, researchers, investors, etc.
What makes it stand out from the crowd?
While there’re many the recommendation apps, they only feed you articles with catchy titles. There’s no way to be mindful about your reading and digest the contents. Reflecting back is the only way to remember information.
What’s next?
2 directions: it should give better keywords extraction so you can remember the concepts better. Second, it should include a social feature with close friends, so you can motivate/challenge each other to learn.
