What does it do?
e-Meeting-Planner is a tool to help you create, manage and organize your meetings agendas and information. This app allows you to take notes and send those notes easily to the participants and/or anyone else added.
Why do we need it?
It helps you define and create you agenda prior to the meeting adding fields for each topic. You open the agenda during the meeting and fill in the information on the agenda you created. You can send easily to participants.
Who is it for?
Any users that have meetings, interviews or other events that require to create an agenda and need to distribute the outcome.
What makes it stand out from the crowd?
You create your agenda as a form so in some cases it’s faster to take notes, open during the call to take the notes and then can distribute the agenda and notes easily with one click through email.
