What does it do?

A high intensity strobe light that can cause temporary flash blindness

Why do we need it?

A woman can use this to STOP an ongoing sexual harassment where a “go away” does not work. Indoors at a normal light levels or outside in the evening it may be useful in avoiding potential sexual assault.

Who is it for?

Women between 16 and 35,

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

Unlike chemical sprays or other physical weapons this strobe does not cause pain, as retina does not contain pain receptors,

It is effective for a short period of time where an offender will be temporarily disoriented.
