What does it do?
BugHerd lets web designers and developers report issues by tagging elements right on the website. BugHerd will capture all relevant information such as browser and OS automatically. All bugs are fed through a comprehensive process manager.
Why do we need it?
If web designers and developers look at where they spend their time, they’d be surprised how much is spent in communication. BugHerd makes communication, unambiguous, actionable, and as easy as just pointing and clicking.
Who is it for?
Anyone who builds or maintains websites, whether they’re internal teams, or part of an agency. Its powerful bug tagging system is useful for sole users as an annotation and task tracking tool, but teams is where it really shines.
What makes it stand out from the crowd?
We’ve been called the simplest bug tracker ever, and that’s our goal. We want to make reporting and keeping track of issues as simple as possible. Everything can be accessed right from the website you’re working on via a sidebar.
What’s next?
We’re all about being clean and intuitive, so we’ve been endlessly testing and tweaking the usability. Currently, we’re extending this philosophy to our integrations, so that BugHerd will work seamlessly with your other apps.
