What does it do?
Ardoor connects individuals with off-market homes that they are interested in. Once someone indicates interest in a home, the homeowner is notified of the interest and is given the option to directly reach out.
Why do we need it?
Growing up in Pittsburgh, I always had my eye on a single house which was not for sale. I realized there is currently no method for getting in contact with the homeowner and letting them know you would be interested in their home.
Who is it for?
Ardoor is geared toward individuals that are looking to move further into the future (1-4 years) and know of a specific area/ dream home they would ideally like to live at.
What makes it stand out from the crowd?
While other services connect people to off-market homes, Ardoor is the only one that fully democratizes the process by putting the individual in charge and excluding real estate agents from the equation, ensuring legitimate interest.
What’s next?
In order to fully democratize the home buying/selling process, individuals need to know a fair value for their home. Therefore, Ardoor is developing a machine learning algorithm to predict a fair price for both the buyer and seller.
