What does it do?

hyred is set to disrupt the recruitment industry with the fastest, smartest, most inclusive, unbiased way of matching candidates with their perfect job – all with the swipe of a finger.

Why do we need it?

to expedite the hiring process with a data based, validated method of matching candidates and jobs, while eliminating human error and removing implicit bias (racism, sexism, ageism, ableism, xenophobia, homo/transphobia) from the process.

Who is it for?

Anyone who is currently unemployed or looking for a job (73% of job applicants are currently employed).

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

The speed (as shown in our demo video), ease, intuitive nature and the fact that it creates an equal playing field for all job applicants based on skill and experience rather than physical characteristics.

When and how are you opening up your beta to new users?

When do you plan on launching?

We plan on launching the first version of the app in June 2021.
