We tend to use our email for password storage. We search our inbox for that hosting account password, or we email it to a team member if they need it. Instead, use Vault App to store and share passwords. Log-in to accounts using bookmarklet

VaultApp is password management for Startups and Freelancers. Perfect for small and fluid teams where people need quick, but temporary access to account passwords.

We are currently in private BETA. Sign-up for an invite. Next, we’re working on “automatic password reset”. If one of your common passwords is compromised, VaultApp will automatically reset it on all of the services that use it.
