Frees service providers from having to listen to voicemails, call clients back, schedule/reschedule appointments, send reminders, & adjust for differences in timezones. With TimeTap, service providers can refocus on growing their business.

Who is it for?

Any professional who has to meet with clients, students, or patients in a 1-on-1 appointment setting and has to send out confirmations, reminders, and follow ups for each of those appointments.

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

The app is streamlined making it very simple to configure, customize and use for any one, but the app is also very agile as it adjusts for things like timezone differences if you meet with clients in other parts of the world.

What’s next?

In the next few months, users will have the ability to add in multiple locations and staff as well as have group appointment booking options. Users will be able to accept payments for services and run 2-way syncs with 3rd party calendars
