What does it do?

Have you ever wondered which variation of an idea will work the best? Of course, we all have. And you’ve probably used A/B testing to find out the answer. The whicher is A/B testing for the real world. It ranks ideas based on user input.

Why do we need it?

Sometimes A/B testing isn’t a great match for your question. I’ve run A/B tests when I check back every day for weeks before I have statistically significant data. Sound familiar? And the more variations you test, the longer it takes.

Who is it for?

Lots of us entrepreneurs have learned powerful lessons from the lean startup and wish we could test every idea we come up with. In practice that doesn’t always work out because we need to make decisions more often than once a week.

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

The Whicher is like a hybrid of A/B testing and a survey. Unlike A/B testing you get to pose a question, so you don’t have to wonder why people click what they do, but unlike a survey you get a clear, actionable ranking of the ideas.

What’s next?

We’ve completed our first trial and built the engine that powers the ranking and data collection. Now we’re accepting applications for beta access and building the self-service admin panel (currently we run all tests)
