Traditional tenant screen focuses on tenant past (credit score, criminal record, etc). Tenantify is different, as we focus on tenant\’s current financial situation and assess tenant ability to pay monthly rent.

We are the only one in the market with capability to verify tenant employment and income. We do so mostly through authenticated bank statement via bank API.
