Securely post a letter in seconds from directly within Microsoft Word. The clever SnappyStamp task pane allows you to enter the address and post your letter via our 18 global posting stations.

Why do we need it?

We all use Microsoft Word but when we want to post a letter nothing has changed. We print the document, stuff it in an envelope, hunt for a stamp and head off to the post office. SnappyStamp is your very own post office right inside Word.

Anyone who posts a letter – individuals, businesses. Anyone who wants to save time and frustration.

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

We currently have 18 global printing stations ready to go and can get letters to anywhere in the world in record time.

For example, a standard letter from Europe to Sydney, Australia normally takes between 7 and 14 days. We are 3 days.
