What does it do?
Seetio is a Google maps based social network where users can easily create collaborative events only using twitter-like messages (without filling forms).
Why do we need it?
Because is a great way to discover where your friends are meeting, and how many people is attending to your favorite places: restaurants, pubs, shops, discos… and you only have to take a look at the map.
Who is it for?
It is for everyone who wants to know which are the most trendy locals, meet new people or organice social events with friends (no matter if you only want to go for a coffe or organice a great party).
What makes it stand out from the crowd?
Events are centralized in a collaborative map (to avoid duplicates) and users don’t have to fill forms for creating events, they only have to write plain text messages, and the app recognizes event’s date and place.
What’s next?
We are working on the Android App, to take advantage of the GPS to implement some new geotagging features.
