Company / App Name: RoadTrip Radar

http://www.roadtripradar.com
Twitter – roadtripradar

What does it do?

RoadTrip Radar plots interesting places to stop – places picked by you – within 50 miles of your planned journey. From a crowd-sourced database of places to visit (across three continents) users can save their routes and share it via SM.

Why do we need it?

When you are planning a journey, there is nothing to help you find places to stop along the way; you have to pick numerous locations across many websites. We search for everything along your route, from granular selected categories.

Who is it for?

Drivers, both recreational and corporate (corporate users can add their own customers to a private database to plot their own, professional trips more seamlessly and more efficiently).

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

There is no other service like this at all in the UK, and no other facility that is extensive as this in the USA.

What’s next?

We are currently in public beta and we are to develop the site into a full product launch in the next 6 months, pending further investment and development opportunities.
