What does it do?

ReviewBuddy is a small box that can be added to a website. It shows an average customer rating and, by showing this, potential new customers will more easily choose the rated product / site over competitors.

Why do we need it?

All businesses that wants to measure their customer satisfaction should collect customer reviews. By this they know were they can improve, but also give a trust to new clients by showing an average customer rating.

Who is it for?

For all companies who are interested in the opinion of their customers.

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

When a visitor clicks on a ReviewBuddy, a semi-transparent layer will pop up over the website. Reviews will be shown in this layer. By this, in contrast to competitive tools, there is a improved user experience.

One of our slogans is “It’s not the features we added that make
ReviewBuddy great, it\’s the ones we left out!” But we’re improving our service, and rolling out a paid version in near future.
