What does it do?

It’s a virtual space where trade show presenters can create a public profile and upload their session materials. Show organizers can access these profiles and materials, approve presentations, and export required data from the system.

Why do we need it?

There is not currently an efficient way for show organizers to obtain information from presenters. We allow organizers to upload a spreadsheet with all their speaker/session information and map it to speakers already in our system.

Who is it for?

SpeakerStack is for both trade show presenters and organizers. It gives presenters a public place to put their session collateral and upcoming schedule and allows show organizers to efficiently obtain the information that they need.

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

There is not another workflow management system on the market that targets both speakers and show organizers. Our goal is to help alleviate frustrations that both parties feel when trying to get organized for a big conference.
