What does it do?

Qminder is a web-service to manage the queue and a free smartphone application for remote queuing. People without smartphones can queue up from the on-site tablet. We all mind waiting!

Why do we need it?

What makes waiting lines so frustrating, is the anxiety, anticipation and fixed locations.By offering precise information, reminding a person of their turn and giving the option of roaming around, you are improving you customer satisfaction

Who is it for?

Not only banks, public offices and telecoms, but also temporary locations and queues like: cell phone charging tents, special attractions, benji, shower queues,ice-scating rings, ski rentals, teachers conducting exams or the American Idol.

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

We have made queue management possible for the smaller locations.
Our solution is easy to set up, we don\’t screw our clients with licenses and we value design. We focus on the clerks and visitors – not only the back-office.
