Other than that, it solves so generic problem of visiting multiple locations in minimum time, that anyone can use it.

Nothing like this has been made till now. Current maps services gives you minimum distance between only two locations. For multiple locations, PostParty gives you even an order that if you follow, you will minimize your travel.
