What does it do?
Sharing recipes should be easy and fun, but typing a recipe from scratch is neither. On Pheast, you can take any recipe on the site – say, tomato sauce – and add your own twist – say, oregano – and share your version as a new recipe.
Why do we need it?
Cooking is a social endeavor, and many people like to share what they\\\’e cooked. Pheast provides lightweight mechanism to do so, sort of like a Tumblr for recipes.
Who is it for?
People who like to cook. People who like to share but don\\\’t have time for a food blog. People looking for the chicken recipe that they would personally like best.
What makes it stand out from the crowd?
Unique approach to sharing and easy to use recipe editor.
What’s next?
Once we have more users and more recipes, and users start rating the recipes they made, we will focus on personalization for people finding new recipes.
