What does it do?
LocName, short for “Location Name”, is a web and mobile
application which allows users to replace their address with a short personalized name which they can then easily share with friends. They save their location on the map as well.
Why do we need it?
Addresses are long and complicated and sharing them is a hassle. With LocName you will only share that short name you picked, and your physical map location and full address details can be accessed by whoever you shared your LocName with.
Who is it for?
Anyone with a smart phone looking to simplify urban mobility.
What makes it stand out from the crowd?
We are the only ones that do this, and we do it for free.
What’s next?
Exposure. We believe we have an excellent idea, people just need to know about it. Next is the business side, but first we need an established user based to work off of.
