What does it do?

Idealist lets you record and develop your startup ideas. The app encourages you to use the lean canvas strategy to help you validate your ideas faster.

Why do we need it?

Note taking apps like Evernote or even physical notebooks work well for keeping track of ideas, however as soon as you want to categorize these ideas or reorder them, it gets tedious. Idealist makes that simple.

Who is it for?

Entrepreneurs and anyone else who has too many ideas to keep track of.

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

The app is incredibly simple and clean. The most distinctive feature is the ability to give each idea a priority from 0-10 to keep things in the right order.

What’s next?

Because the app has gotten so much attention early on, I’ll be building out a Mac App so that ideas are synced onto your desktop — as well as Evernote integration.
