What does it do?

It allows homeowners to take notes and photos of their homes and get numerous value estimates from nearby real estate agents.

Why do we need it?

We have no way to find an accurate value of our homes. Even appraisers don’t know exactly. The Zestimate, HA! A bunch of real estate agents who know the market would have a pretty good idea, which is what the app does.

Who is it for?

Its for homeowners, buyers, anybody that owns a house or is thinking of buying a house that they aren’t sure what it might really be worth. Its also a tool for real estate agents since all their contact info is given to the consumer.

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

Its necessary. It solves a problem of the inaccurate Zillow Zestimate, etal. and its the way it should be done.

What’s next?

Our network of agents have completed home valuations in almost every US state and even in Queensland Australia. We are in line to be featured by Apple in the app store and we are rolling out a web version as well.
