1. Brightpod has pre-built marketing workflows. In addition, teams can save and reuse their workflows too.
2. Teams can visualize their campaigns using the Flow view. Then, it is as simple as dragging things around.

Besides small enhancements, we are currently working on the following:
– Deep email integration so that clients can email in tasks, messages and files without logging into Brightpod.
