What does it do?

Ameeego is a geosocial network allowing organic growth of friendships based around a mutual interest in certain activities. Upcoming activities are shared on a map where other users can search and request to join. Bitcoin friendly.

Why do we need it?

Who doesn’t need friends? Ameeego is another means of meeting new people to share activities that you don’t currently have contacts for. It’s useful in both travel and day to day life. It’s designed to get us off the net and back outside.

Who is it for?

What’s great is that there is a wide variety of people it is aimed at. However singles and travellers will most likely utilise it the most. Eventually it would be a great for the elderly to meet others when it becomes hard to socialise.

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

Users aren’t judged on profiles and profile pictures. The first interest in a user is completely based on the activity they post. This removes attraction from the scenario and focuses primarily on friendship.

What’s next?

Getting a mobile version of this site is paramount. We have already begun this process. From there we will tweak a few functionalities and seek funding to try and gain as much exposure as possible.
