Responsibilities:
Design and develop software for key system components including ad server, user experience, reporting, optimization, and analytics
Assist in the design and development of new services in accordance with technical roadmaps
Support operations engineering staff with troubleshooting
Communicate project status to stakeholders throughout the business
Perform other activities and duties as requested

Qualifications:
Requires at least 2-3 years (preferably 5) web application development and programming with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Skills:
Detail-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to develop and test software using industry best practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think logically
Comfortable in a small, intense start-up environment
Ability to manage ones own time efficiently

Experience:
Experience developing web applications with development frameworks such as Zend, CakePHP, CodeIgnitor
Familiar with Photoshop and comfortable converting Photoshop mockups to CSS/HTML
Comfortable with AJAX based websites, JavaScript and jQuery
Good knowledge of web applications, databases, web services and the flow of information between each of those components
Experience with ad serving platforms and scalable, high-volume web applications a plus

Analegos (derived from the Greek word for gather) is a new stealth-mode start up focused on social networking and other Web 2.0 technologies for churches, missionaries, and those individuals that interact with these organizations.

Were currently looking for a CTO/Co-Founder who has a passion for people as great as their passion for technology. Initially this position will be intensely hands-on, and will require someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves, and get into the weeds from a code perspective. Over time this role will evolve into a development resource management position.
