What does it do?

MapMyPhotos allows people to create a profile and upload their photos to their own gallery. Photographers can geotag, caption and categorise their photos.
On another level it presents and facilitates a community and anyone can browse photos

Why do we need it?

It’s necessary for people who enjoy learning about the world geographically. I can see people using it like a virtual travel diary. You will always be able to go back on a virtual trip to where you’ve been before.

Who is it for?

Built with my own passion for travelling and taking photos, MapMyPhotos is leaning towards travelling photographers but also has everyday people in mind. I’m targeting people that like to share their travel photos on the Web.

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

It’s not just another photo sharing app. It’s equal parts photo sharing, social and mapping.It’s built on a world class cloud platform, and has been proven to scale.It’s is partially intelligent with smart algorithms that keep users engaged
