firstbird is a digital Employee Referral Tool which motivates employees to refer more candidates and to share jobs in their social networks.

Why do we need it?

Employee Referrals are the most efficient recruiting channel. Still a lot of these programs fail due the lack of information on open jobs and money as a sole motivator as well as high administrative effort by HR-Managers.

firstbird offers gamification elements to motivate user to make more referrals; jobs can be shared with one click via Facebook or LinkedIn, referred candidates can apply within “one”-click and can be started within 24 hours.
